This online taster session is an insight into what you may need when planning your recovery and will give you more information on what type of treatment will suit you the most, in an easy one to one chat.

Online taster consultation

An initial assessment appointment allows for your injury or pain to be fully assessed. Taking into consideration a full medical history, assessment of current needs and a personalised plan of treatment based on the findings from the session. This session also includes a taster of potential treatment options to give some initial relief.

1:1 Initial Assessment

A full injury assessment will include a short consultation on past medical history and current injury symptoms, also a physical examination of the injury and potential treatment plan for further rehabilitation.

Follow up session

Deep Tissue Massage is ideal for treating tightness and tension of the muscles. If you are experiencing trigger points; which are points of pain we often refer to as knots, this type of massage is designed to break down these trigger points and rebuild the muscle fibres in order to work towards pain free movement. As the name suggests this type of massage targets deeper than the superficial layer of the skin.

Deep Tissue

I will assess you for pregnancy related changes in your bodies biomechanics and how this can be affecting your comfort or any additional pain that is being felt such as pelvic girdle pain, sciatica, lower back pain ext. Once this has been established, further treatment will be recommended and a thorough plan will be produced to help you through your pregnancy journey.

Pregnancy Assessment and Treatment

A lot of change and development is happening throughout the duration of a pregnancy and a relaxing massage is just what you need to relieve tension and help your muscles and ligaments adapt by creating flexibility and relief from any aches and pains.

Pregnancy Massage

The revive package is an 8 week package aimed at looking after you and your body after you have given birth. Giving birth can put a lot of strain on the body and your mental health, therefore it is vital to regain strength, reduce stress, rebalance the nervous system and get YOU back. You will have been enjoying your newborn for the first 8 weeks after birth but this time can also take its toll on you as a person, but I am here to help revive your mind and body so that you feel mentally and physically the best you can be for your new little one!

If you are feeling stressed or in need of some relaxation, this soft tissue massage technique is ideal for relieving tension and allows you to slow down during the fast pace of life.

Relaxation

An assessment of past medical history and current medical status in relation to reflexology. This is where we will establish a plan for reflexology treatment and how it will be able to benefit you clinically.

Reflexology Initial Consultation

Implementation of initial treatment plan.

Reflexology follow up 

Initial consultation to establish medical history and comply a plan for treatment. This will also include initial acupuncture treatment.

Initial Assessment

After your initial assessment you will need a follow up appointment to continue your recovery process.
